Our Story

Pure Honey. As the Bees Made It.

STRAIGHT FROM THE HIVE

Every product comes from our farm where honey is cold-extracted straight from the hive into 500ml glass jars — no heating, no filtering out the living properties that make honey what it is. No plastic, no processing, no nasties.

Our land is never sprayed with chemicals, fertilisers, or glyphosate — no pesticides, no nasties. Just pure, living honey exactly as the bees made it, kept natural and kept fresh.

Harvested that morning and delivered to your door the same day. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Nothing gets heated. This is what honey tasted like before the food industry got involved.

Living Honey.
As the Bees Made It.

Active Enzymes

Raw honey keeps every natural enzyme intact — the living properties that heated honey destroys. These enzymes are what make honey alive.

✗

Heating honey destroys its natural enzymes — it becomes dead sugar.

✓

Raw, non-heated honey keeps every enzyme active and alive.

Full Pollen Intact

Commercial honey is filtered to remove pollen. Ours keeps it all — pollen is part of what makes honey real.

✗

Commercial honey is filtered, removing the pollen and many benefits.

✓

Our honey keeps all its pollen, fully intact and natural.

Naturally Antibacterial

Raw honey retains its natural antibacterial and antioxidant properties — lost when honey is heated.

✗

Heating destroys honey’s natural antibacterial properties.

✓

Raw honey keeps its natural antibacterial and antioxidant power.

No Plastic · Non-Sprayed

500ml glass jars — no plastic, ever. The bees forage on land that is never sprayed. Clean from the source.
