Please allow up to 2 weeks for all meat orders. We wait for most of the cow to be ordered before processing so we never need to freeze it and there is zero waste. It is killed stress-free on our own mobile butcher and abattoir right on our farm, then dry aged hanging for a couple of weeks.

The day we butcher it fresh, it is sealed in thicker unwaxed, uncoated natural butcher paper, then vacuum sealed. Your meat never touches any plastic—no microplastics at all. You receive the healthiest grass-finished beef available.

Subscriptions & ongoing orders

If you are on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly subscription, we won't charge you until you have received everything you have paid for. After the initial up to 2 week delay on your first order, the rest will come along on your regular schedule.
